My in-person group breathwork sessions are sacred spaces to release, reset, and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. Through guided breath, aromatherapy, sound, and presence, we open the channels of energy, emotion, and clarity - allowing what’s been held to move and what’s been forgotten to awaken.

  • We’ll use a gentle, flowing breathing pattern with short pauses, helping your nervous system relax and open. With music, aromas, and supportive touch, you’ll be held in a safe space as you drift into a dream-like state.

    You may:

    • Release old emotions

    • Feel energy moving through your body

    • Receive clarity and new insights

    All in your own timing, with no substances involved - just your breath.

    At the end, we’ll have time for integration and tea, so you can land softly and return grounded and present.

    This session is not suitable if you are pregnant, have severe heart or lung conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, a history of seizures, severe psychiatric conditions (e.g. psychosis, schizophrenia, recent manic episodes), or recent major surgery/physical trauma.

    Introduction: We begin with a gentle welcome, setting intentions and creating a safe, supportive space for the journey ahead.

    Warm-Up Breathwork: A preparatory sequence to awaken your body and mind. You’ll also learn a practical technique you can take home to support your daily well-being.

    Technique Explanation & Q&A: I’ll guide you through the breathwork method, answering any questions so you feel confident and comfortable before we begin the main practice.

    Main Breathwork Journey: Dive into the full, ritualistic breathwork sequence, allowing yourself to release, explore, and transform your emotions.

    Shavasana: A restorative rest to integrate the experience and gently come back to your body.

    Sharing Circle & Tea: Time to reflect, share experiences, and connect with the community, fostering support, understanding, and connection.

Waterfall Ritual Journey – Visit a powerful water temple with two sacred waterfalls, where you’ll be held in ritual to release, surrender, and open to new flow.

Goddess Photoshoot – A professional, sensual photoshoot capturing your essence - grounded, alive, and radiant in your own power.

Local Temple Purification – Begin with a sacred cleansing at a nearby temple, guided by local priests in ceremony and prayer.

Optional Water-Shiatsu Sessions – Gentle, floating bodywork in the water to dissolve tension and invite deep surrender.

Feast on the best organic, plant-based cuisine, crafted with love and creativity by Rini, my longtime collaborator and culinary alchemist. Every meal is a celebration of Bali’s rich abundance — locally sourced, vibrant, and infused with a modern twist that delights both body and senses.
